Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JUMP.JE ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JUMP.JE. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Not Financial Advice

NOTHING on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or any other professional advice. All content, including but not limited to token listings, market data, price information, and user-generated content, is provided for informational purposes only.

JUMP.JE is a technology platform — a token launchpad. We are not a broker, dealer, financial adviser, investment adviser, or any type of regulated financial institution.

You acknowledge that any decision to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset is made solely at your own risk and discretion. You should consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

Risk Disclosure

TRADING DIGITAL ASSETS AND TOKENS INVOLVES SIGNIFICANT RISK. You may lose all of your invested capital. The value of digital assets can go to zero. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Risks include but are not limited to: extreme price volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, liquidity risks, regulatory changes, technical failures, market manipulation, and complete loss of funds.

Newly launched tokens (such as those on JUMP.JE) are particularly high-risk investments. Many new tokens fail completely. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose entirely.

JUMP.JE does not guarantee the security, availability, or reliability of the SEI Network blockchain or any third-party services we integrate with.

Platform Description

JUMP.JE is a decentralized token launchpad operating on the SEI Network EVM blockchain. The Platform allows users to create and trade tokens via bonding curve mechanics.

When a token reaches its bonding curve target, liquidity is automatically migrated to DragonSwap DEX. JUMP.JE does not control, endorse, or guarantee the performance of any token launched on the Platform.

JUMP.JE charges a fee on transactions conducted through the Platform. These fees are disclosed within the Platform interface.

Tokens created on JUMP.JE are not screened, vetted, or approved by JUMP.JE. The Platform is permissionless — anyone can create a token.

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use the Platform for: (a) any illegal activities under applicable law; (b) market manipulation, wash trading, pump-and-dump schemes, or any deceptive trading practices; (c) money laundering or financing terrorism; (d) creating tokens that violate intellectual property rights; (e) creating tokens that constitute unregistered securities offerings in your jurisdiction; (f) harassment, hate speech, or harmful content in token names or descriptions.

You may not use the Platform if you are located in or a resident of any jurisdiction where use of the Platform would be prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to the United States of America, or jurisdictions under international sanctions.

JUMP.JE reserves the right to block access from any jurisdiction at any time without notice.

Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is NOT available to persons located in or residents of the United States of America. By using the Platform, you represent that you are not a US person as defined under applicable US securities laws.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. JUMP.JE makes no representations that the Platform is legal or appropriate in your location.

Access to the Platform may be blocked or restricted in certain jurisdictions. Use of VPNs or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All Platform software, design, graphics, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by JUMP.JE and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By creating a token on the Platform, you represent that you have all necessary rights to any names, symbols, images, or descriptions you use, and that your token does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

JUMP.JE does not claim ownership of tokens or content created by users. However, you grant JUMP.JE a non-exclusive license to display and reference your token on the Platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. JUMP.JE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

JUMP.JE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE PLATFORM.

JUMP.JE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES ARISING FROM SMART CONTRACT BUGS, BLOCKCHAIN FAILURES, HACKS, OR ANY OTHER TECHNICAL FAILURES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JUMP.JE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO JUMP.JE IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JUMP.JE and its operators from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) any token you create on the Platform; (e) any dispute between you and another user.

Privacy

JUMP.JE collects minimal personal data. We collect wallet addresses and on-chain transaction data as necessary to operate the Platform.

All blockchain transactions are inherently public and permanently recorded on the SEI Network blockchain. Do not conduct transactions you wish to keep private.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may use analytics services to improve the Platform.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your jurisdiction.

Termination

JUMP.JE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. All tokens and on-chain assets remain on the blockchain and are not affected by Platform termination.

Third-Party Services & Social Login

JUMP.JE integrates third-party services including Particle Network (social login), WalletConnect, and other blockchain infrastructure providers. These services are operated independently by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.

SOCIAL LOGIN & EMBEDDED WALLETS: When you use Google or Email login, your wallet is created and managed by Particle Network — a third-party service. JUMP.JE does not create, control, store, or have any access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. You are solely responsible for securing access to your Particle Network account and the wallet associated with it.

JUMP.JE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: any loss of funds resulting from your use of Particle Network or any other third-party wallet service; inability to access your wallet due to lost credentials, account recovery failures, or third-party service outages; any actions taken by third-party service providers including account suspension, service termination, or security breaches; smart contract bugs, exploits, or failures in any third-party protocol.

WALLETCONNECT: Connections made via WalletConnect are established directly between your wallet application and the SEI Network blockchain. JUMP.JE does not intermediate, store, or have access to your wallet credentials or private keys through WalletConnect.

By using social login or any third-party wallet integration on JUMP.JE, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of the respective third-party service, and that JUMP.JE bears no liability whatsoever for any issues arising from your use of these services.

WE DO NOT STORE YOUR FUNDS. JUMP.JE is a non-custodial platform. We never hold, manage, or have access to user funds at any time.

Creator Fees & Rewards

JUMP.JE charges a fee of 1.2% on all buy and sell transactions conducted through the bonding curve. Of this, 1.0% goes to the JUMP.JE treasury and 0.2% is automatically distributed to the creator of the token.

Creator rewards (0.2%) are paid automatically by smart contract on every transaction. JUMP.JE makes no representations or warranties regarding the reliability of creator fee distribution. Creator fees depend on network conditions, smart contract execution, and third-party infrastructure. We are not liable for any failure to collect or distribute creator fees.

A one-time token creation fee of 0.1 SEI is charged per token deployed. A migration fee of 1.5% is applied when a token completes its bonding curve and liquidity is migrated to DragonSwap.

Creator fees are routed to the wallet address of the token creator as configured at deployment. JUMP.JE does not control how creator fees are used after distribution. You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from creator fee income.

You agree to use creator fee income in compliance with all applicable laws including securities, AML, and tax regulations. You must not misrepresent creator fee settings or token economics to other users.

Blockchain Transactions

All transactions executed through the Platform are recorded permanently on the SEI Network blockchain. Blockchain records are immutable — JUMP.JE cannot reverse, cancel, modify, or delete any confirmed transaction.

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once you submit a transaction and it is confirmed on-chain, you have no right to a refund or reversal from JUMP.JE.

Transaction speeds and gas costs are determined by the SEI Network and are outside JUMP.JE's control. We do not guarantee transaction processing times.

Public blockchains are transparent by design. Your wallet address, transaction history, and token holdings are publicly visible to anyone. Do not conduct transactions you wish to keep private.

Wallets & Custody

JUMP.JE is a strictly non-custodial platform. We do not hold, control, store, or have access to your funds, private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials at any time.

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and all activity that occurs through it. JUMP.JE is not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from your failure to secure your wallet.

JUMP.JE cannot recover your wallet, reverse transactions, or restore lost funds under any circumstances. There is no recovery mechanism.

Third-party wallet services (Particle Network, WalletConnect) are operated independently. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services. JUMP.JE bears no responsibility for the operation, security, or availability of any third-party wallet service.

Dispute Resolution

INFORMAL RESOLUTION: Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact JUMP.JE via official Platform channels and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

BINDING ARBITRATION: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You waive any right to have such disputes decided by a judge or jury.

NO CLASS ACTIONS: You agree that any dispute must be brought individually. You may not bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

APPLICABLE LAW: These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your jurisdiction of residence.

LIMITATION PERIOD: Any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently barred.

Definitions

Platform: The JUMP.JE website, smart contracts, APIs, and all related services available at jump.je and test.jump.je.

Token: Any ERC-20 digital asset created and traded through the Platform.

Bonding Curve: The automated smart contract pricing mechanism that determines token price based on supply and demand.

Creator: A user who deploys a Token through the Platform.

Creator Fee: The 0.2% fee automatically distributed to the Creator on every buy and sell transaction.

Migration: The automatic transfer of liquidity to DragonSwap DEX when a Token's bonding curve target is reached.

Wallet: A self-custodied blockchain wallet connected to the Platform by the user.

Digital Asset: A blockchain-based token or cryptocurrency.

Terms: These Terms of Service including all referenced documents.

We / Us / JUMP.JE: The operators of the Platform.

You / User: Any person accessing or using the Platform.
