Overview

JUMP.JE provides AI-powered tools to help creators launch tokens, build communities, and market their projects. These tools generate content on your behalf using large language models (Claude by Anthropic) and image generation services (Pollinations.ai).

This policy explains how our AI tools work, what we generate, the limitations of AI-generated content, and your responsibilities as the user of these tools.

By using any AI feature on JUMP.JE, you accept the terms of this policy.

What Our AI Tools Generate

The table below summarises each AI tool, what it generates, and the underlying service. A detailed breakdown follows.

How AI Generation Works

TOKEN GENERATOR: You provide a concept or theme (e.g. "rocket dog", "moon cat"). Our system sends a structured prompt to the Claude API, which returns a token name, symbol, description, lore text, and image generation prompt. The image prompt is then sent to Pollinations.ai to generate a token image. The entire process takes approximately 5–15 seconds.

X LAUNCH PACK: You provide your token details (name, symbol, contract address, description). Our system generates 7 social media posts optimised for X (Twitter) — a launch tweet, a 4-part thread explaining the token, a meme tweet, and a community building tweet. It also generates banner taglines and a meme image. You receive the content ready to copy, edit, and publish.

TELEGRAM SETUP: You provide your token details. Our system generates a complete Telegram community setup including: welcome message with verification button, group and channel names and descriptions, buy alert messages for both group and channel, and bot command responses (/ca, /buy, /about). You can edit all generated content inline before saving.

LANDING PAGES: Token landing pages are generated from pre-built templates customised with your token data. You download the HTML file and host it yourself. JUMP.JE does not host, store, or publish your landing page.

Your Responsibilities

YOU ARE THE PUBLISHER. All AI-generated content is produced at your request and published under your authority. JUMP.JE acts as a tool provider, not as the author, editor, or publisher of your content.

REVIEW BEFORE PUBLISHING. Always review AI-generated content before publishing it anywhere. AI models can produce inaccurate, outdated, offensive, or legally problematic output. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. AI-generated content may inadvertently resemble existing trademarks, copyrighted works, or other protected material. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. The fact that content was AI-generated does not exempt you from IP obligations.

ACCURACY. AI-generated descriptions, lore, and marketing copy may contain false or misleading statements. Do not publish AI-generated content that makes false claims about your token, its team, technology, or future performance.

SECURITIES LAW. AI-generated marketing content (tweets, Telegram posts) that implies investment returns, profits, or financial performance may constitute unlawful securities promotion in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your marketing complies with applicable securities and financial promotion laws.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES. When you use our AI tools, your prompts and token data are transmitted to Anthropic (Claude API) and Pollinations.ai. These services process your data under their own privacy policies. By using our AI tools, you consent to this transmission.

What JUMP.JE Does Not Guarantee

ORIGINALITY: We do not guarantee that AI-generated names, images, or content are original or free from similarity to existing works. AI models are trained on large datasets and may produce output similar to existing trademarks, brand names, artworks, or other protected material.

ACCURACY: AI-generated content may be factually incorrect, out of date, or contextually inappropriate. We make no representations about the accuracy of any AI-generated output.

QUALITY: AI output quality varies. We do not guarantee that generated content will be suitable for your use case, achieve your marketing goals, or produce any particular result.

COMPLIANCE: We do not guarantee that AI-generated content complies with the laws or platform rules of any jurisdiction or social media platform (X, Telegram, etc.).

AVAILABILITY: AI generation features depend on third-party API services (Anthropic, Pollinations.ai). These services may experience downtime, rate limits, or changes to their models. We do not guarantee continuous availability of AI features.

Prohibited Uses of AI Tools

You must not use our AI tools to generate content that: makes false or misleading statements about your token, team, technology, or financial performance; constitutes unlawful securities promotion or investment solicitation; harasses, defames, or impersonates any individual or entity; violates the trademark or copyright rights of any third party; promotes violence, illegal activity, or harmful content; violates the terms of service of any platform where you publish the content (e.g. X, Telegram).

JUMP.JE reserves the right to disable AI tool access for any user who violates these prohibitions.

Automated Publishing (Future Feature)

JUMP.JE plans to offer automated publishing features that will post AI-generated content directly to X and Telegram on your behalf ("auto-scheduler"). This feature is not yet live.

When auto-publishing is enabled, you expressly authorise JUMP.JE to post content to your connected social accounts on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for all content published through auto-scheduling, including compliance with platform rules and applicable law.

Auto-published content is still AI-generated content subject to all provisions of this policy. Enabling auto-publishing does not transfer responsibility for the content to JUMP.JE.

You may revoke auto-publishing authorisation at any time by disconnecting your social accounts from the Platform.

Data & Privacy

PROMPTS: Your input prompts (token concept, name, description, etc.) are transmitted to Anthropic and Pollinations.ai for processing. We do not store your prompts beyond your session.

GENERATED CONTENT: Content generated by AI tools is not stored on our servers unless you explicitly save it (e.g. publishing a token with AI-generated metadata).

THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES: Anthropic and Pollinations.ai may retain data in accordance with their own policies. See: anthropic.com/privacy and pollinations.ai

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JUMP.JE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, LEGAL ACTION, REGULATORY ACTION, OR OTHER CONSEQUENCE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

This includes but is not limited to: intellectual property infringement claims arising from AI-generated names, images, or copy; regulatory action arising from AI-generated marketing content; financial loss arising from AI-generated content that proves inaccurate or misleading; social media platform penalties arising from content that violates platform rules.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this AI Content Policy as our tools evolve. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continued use of AI features constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
