Trademark
Guidelines
Overview
JUMP.JE respects trademark rights and expects users of our Platform to do the same. These guidelines explain our approach to trademark infringement reports and the rules that apply to all content created and published through the Platform.
A trademark is a word, name, symbol, logo, slogan, or design that identifies and distinguishes the goods or services of one party from those of others. Trademark owners have the legal right to prevent others from using the same or confusingly similar marks in connection with the same or similar goods or services.
JUMP.JE does not adjudicate trademark disputes. Any dispute between a trademark holder and a user is solely between those parties.
User Obligations
By creating a token or publishing any content on JUMP.JE, you represent and warrant that your content does not infringe the trademark rights of any third party.
YOU MUST NOT: use another party's trademark as or in your token name, symbol, or description in a way that is likely to cause confusion about the source, affiliation, or endorsement of your token; create a token that impersonates or falsely suggests affiliation with an established brand, company, or public figure; use trademarks in metadata, tags, or descriptions to mislead users or search engines.
YOU MAY: reference a trademark in passing when making a factual statement (e.g. "this is a parody of [Brand]"); create fan tokens, parody tokens, or commentary tokens provided you clearly label them as such and include a disclaimer that the token is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the trademark owner.
PARODY & FAN CONTENT RULE: If your token name or description references a third-party trademark in a parody, fan, or commentary context, you must include a clear disclaimer in the token description such as: "This token is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by [Brand]." The token name itself must make the non-affiliation reasonably clear to an ordinary viewer.
AI-Generated Content & Trademarks
JUMP.JE provides AI tools that generate token names, descriptions, images, X tweets, and Telegram content. AI models may occasionally generate output that resembles or references existing trademarks.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing it. The fact that content was generated by an AI tool does not exempt you from trademark obligations.
JUMP.JE does not guarantee that AI-generated names, logos, or content are free from trademark conflicts. Conduct your own searches before using AI-generated content publicly.
Reporting Trademark Infringement
If you believe a user is violating your trademark rights on JUMP.JE, send a written report to: legal@jump.je with the subject line "Trademark Report".
Your report must include:
1. YOUR IDENTITY: Your full name, email, and confirmation that you are the trademark owner or authorised agent. If acting as an agent, identify the trademark owner.
2. TRADEMARK DETAILS: A description of the trademark, the registration number and jurisdiction (if registered), and the goods or services for which it is used.
3. INFRINGING CONTENT: Information sufficient to locate the infringing content on our Platform โ token name, URL, or description of where the content appears.
4. STATEMENT: A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the mark is not authorised, and that the information in your report is accurate.
Incomplete reports may not be processed. We reserve the right to request additional information.
How We Respond
Upon receiving a complete trademark report, we will: assess whether the report is complete and the claimed infringement appears valid under these guidelines; evaluate the content against our Terms of Service and these guidelines; if we determine in our sole discretion that the content violates trademark rights, remove or disable that content from our Platform interface.
We may notify the relevant user of the report and provide an opportunity to respond. We may reinstate content if the user provides satisfactory evidence of a right to use the mark.
Note: We can only remove content from our Platform interface. We cannot remove blockchain records or content on third-party platforms.
Creator Response
If your content has been removed following a trademark report and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a response to: legal@jump.je
Your response should include: your identity and contact information; identification of the removed content; evidence that you have permission to use the trademark, or a clear explanation of why your use constitutes fair use, parody, or other lawful use.
JUMP.JE will consider your response but is not obligated to reinstate content. We are not a court and our decisions do not constitute a legal determination of trademark rights.
Repeat Violations
Users who repeatedly violate these trademark guidelines may have their access to the Platform restricted or terminated.
Policy Updates
We may update these guidelines at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
