Our Approach
JUMP.JE respects intellectual property rights and takes copyright infringement seriously. We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions.
JUMP.JE is a neutral technology platform. We do not screen, vet, or pre-approve any user-generated content including token names, symbols, descriptions, or images. When we receive a valid DMCA notice identifying infringing content, we act promptly to remove or disable access to that content.
JUMP.JE does not adjudicate disputes between copyright holders and creators. Any dispute is solely between the rights holder and the relevant user.
What We Can Remove
JUMP.JE can remove or disable access to content displayed on our Platform interface, including: token names and symbols as displayed on jump.je; token descriptions and lore text; token images hosted on our servers; news articles published on our Platform.
JUMP.JE CANNOT remove or modify content recorded on the SEI Network blockchain. Token contract deployments, transaction records, and on-chain data are permanent and outside our technical control. A DMCA takedown on JUMP.JE will remove the content from our interface but cannot erase the underlying blockchain record.
AI-generated content produced by our tools (token names, X tweets, Telegram messages, landing pages) is created at the user's request. The user is solely responsible for ensuring AI-generated content does not infringe third-party rights. JUMP.JE generates content on behalf of users but is not the author or publisher of that content.
How to File a DMCA Notice
If you believe content on JUMP.JE infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to our designated agent at: legal@jump.je
Your notice must include all of the following:
1. YOUR IDENTITY: Your full name, email address, and โ if you are acting as an agent โ confirmation that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. IDENTIFICATION OF YOUR WORK: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including a link or copy of the original work where possible.
3. IDENTIFICATION OF INFRINGING CONTENT: Information sufficient for us to locate the infringing content on our Platform โ e.g. the token name, the URL of the page, or a description of where the content appears.
4. GOOD FAITH STATEMENT: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
5. ACCURACY STATEMENT: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Incomplete notices will not be processed. We reserve the right to request additional information.
How We Respond
Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will: review the claimed infringement promptly; remove or disable access to the identified content from our Platform interface if the notice appears valid; notify the relevant user that their content has been removed and provide a copy of the notice where possible.
We aim to respond to valid notices within 5 business days. Complex cases may take longer.
Removal from our Platform interface does not guarantee removal from the blockchain or from any third-party platforms or caches.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed from our Platform in error โ for example, because you are the legitimate rights holder or the use is permitted by law (e.g. fair use, parody, commentary) โ you may submit a counter-notice to: legal@jump.je
Your counter-notice must include: your full name and contact information; identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of a relevant court.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content after a waiting period of 10โ14 business days, unless the original complainant confirms they have filed a court action.
Repeat Infringers
JUMP.JE will terminate access to the Platform for users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A user who receives three or more valid DMCA takedowns will be considered a repeat infringer and may have their access permanently restricted.
We reserve the right to terminate access for a single severe infringement where circumstances warrant.
Policy Updates
We may update this DMCA Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
