Who We Are

JUMP.JE ("the Platform", "we", "us") is a decentralised token launchpad operating on the SEI Network EVM blockchain. The Platform is operated anonymously as a decentralised protocol.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to that data. By using the Platform you acknowledge and accept this Policy.

If you disagree with this Policy, please do not use the Platform.

Data We Collect

WALLET DATA: When you connect a wallet or interact with the Platform, we record your public wallet address. Wallet addresses are inherently public on the SEI Network blockchain and do not by themselves identify you as a natural person.

TRANSACTION DATA: All token creation, buy, sell, and migration events are recorded on the SEI Network blockchain. This data is public, permanent, and outside our control to modify or delete.

USAGE DATA: We may collect anonymised technical data including IP addresses, browser type, device type, referring pages, and Platform features used. This data is used solely to operate and improve the Platform.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT: When you use the AI token generator, X Launch Pack, or Telegram Setup features, your input prompts are transmitted to Anthropic (Claude API) and Pollinations.ai for processing. We do not store your prompts beyond the duration of your session. These services operate under their own privacy policies.

NEWS & COMMUNITY: If you interact with the news or community features, content you submit may be stored on our servers.

WE DO NOT COLLECT: your name, email address, government ID, or any information that directly identifies you as a natural person, unless you voluntarily provide it.

How We Use Your Data

To operate the Platform — processing transactions, displaying token data, serving the user interface.

To improve the Platform — analysing anonymised usage patterns to fix bugs and improve features.

To generate AI content — transmitting your prompts to third-party AI services (Anthropic, Pollinations.ai) solely to produce the output you requested.

To detect abuse — identifying suspicious activity, market manipulation, or violations of our Terms of Service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform. These include strictly necessary cookies (required for the Platform to function), functionality cookies (remembering your preferences), and performance/analytics cookies (understanding how you use the Platform).

ANALYTICS: We may use analytics services such as Google Analytics to understand Platform usage. These services may collect your IP address and usage data under their own privacy policies.

COOKIE CONSENT: When you first visit the Platform, you will be asked to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You may change your preferences at any time via your browser settings.

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the Platform to function. Disabling other cookies will not affect your ability to use the Platform.

Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with the following third-party services, each operating under their own privacy policies:

ANTHROPIC (Claude API) — processes AI generation prompts for token names, descriptions, X tweets, and Telegram content. See: anthropic.com/privacy

POLLINATIONS.AI — generates token images from AI prompts. See: pollinations.ai

PARTICLE NETWORK — provides social login (Google/Email) and embedded wallet infrastructure. We do not access your private keys. See: particle.network/privacy

WALLETCONNECT — provides wallet connection infrastructure. See: walletconnect.com/privacy

SEI NETWORK — the underlying blockchain. All transactions are permanently and publicly recorded. See: sei.io

DRAGONSWAP — when a token completes its bonding curve, liquidity is migrated to DragonSwap. See: dragonswap.app

LI.FI — provides cross-chain bridge functionality for depositing assets from other networks. See: li.fi/legal/privacy-policy

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party services.

Blockchain Transactions

All transactions on the SEI Network blockchain are permanently and publicly recorded on a distributed ledger. This includes token creation events, buy and sell transactions, and bonding curve migrations.

JUMP.JE cannot erase, modify, or hide any data recorded on the blockchain. Once a transaction is confirmed, it is permanently public.

Blockchain analytics tools may be able to link wallet addresses to real-world identities through external data sources. JUMP.JE is not responsible for such analysis.

Do not conduct transactions you wish to keep private. The blockchain is public by design.

Data Retention

WALLET & TRANSACTION DATA: retained for as long as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

USAGE DATA: anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely in aggregated form.

AI PROMPTS: not retained beyond your session.

BLOCKCHAIN DATA: permanently retained on the public blockchain — outside our ability to delete.

You may request deletion of any personal data we hold that is not required by law or on-chain. Contact us via official Platform channels.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including: the right to access data we hold about you; the right to correct inaccurate data; the right to request deletion of data we hold (subject to legal and technical limitations); the right to object to certain processing; the right to data portability.

Note that blockchain data cannot be erased or modified — these rights do not apply to on-chain records.

To exercise your rights, contact us via official Platform channels. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

EEA & UK RESIDENTS: You have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have not complied with applicable law.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data we hold, including HTTPS encryption, server-side access controls, and limited data retention.

However, no internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, private keys, and any credentials used to access the Platform.

In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify relevant authorities and affected users as required by applicable law.

Children

The Platform is not directed at and may not be used by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

If you believe a minor has used the Platform or provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete such data as soon as reasonably practicable.

International Transfers

Data may be processed and stored in countries outside your own, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.

By using the Platform, you consent to such international transfers. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place where required by applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

Material changes will be communicated via official Platform channels. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
