FAQ
Is it safe?+
The bot uses a non-custodial wallet โ your private key is stored encrypted in the Rust engine and never exposed. You can export it anytime from /wallets and import to MetaMask.
What is SEI Network?+
SEI is a high-performance Layer 1 blockchain optimized for trading. Fast finality (~400ms), low gas, and a growing DeFi ecosystem with DragonSwap as the primary DEX.
Can I use my own wallet instead of the bot wallet?+
For bridge buys (bringing funds from another chain), you use your own external wallet via the miniapp. For on-SEI buys and sells, the bot uses its own managed wallet for gas efficiency.
How long does bridge buy take?+
Typically 2โ5 minutes via Li.Fi. Solana bridges can take slightly longer (2โ7 min). The bot notifies you when SEI arrives and the swap completes.
Why is my slippage failing?+
Increase slippage in /settings (try 3% for volatile tokens). Small-cap tokens with low liquidity need higher slippage. For bonding curve tokens, the contract handles slippage internally.
When can I claim my cashback?+
Anytime โ use /claim. There's no minimum and no lock-up period. Rewards go directly to your bot wallet.
What wallets work for bridge buy?+
Any WalletConnect-compatible wallet. Recommended: SafePal (works on all chains including Solana), MetaMask (EVM only). The miniapp also supports browser wallets on desktop.
What is JUMP.JE bonding curve?+
A fair launch mechanism โ tokens start at a fixed price on a bonding curve. As people buy, price increases. When the target market cap is reached, liquidity migrates to DragonSwap automatically.
